Appointment Policies

Sessions are scheduled by appointment only.

Please complete a New Client Intake Form and bring it with you for your first appointment.  If unable, please come early to fill out a copy in our office.  For all subsequent sessions, please arrive on time to allow time for a complete session.

24-hours notice is required for all cancellations. Clients who are unable to provide this notice will be charged the full amount for their session.
