Kundalini Yoga

Kimba has a beautiful yoga practice that has helped her grow, open, heal, live, enjoy deeper levels of experience and find an internal strength and joy that carries her through and beyond. As with any great gift one receives, she loves to share it with others who may benefit. In 2010 she completed a nine month teachers training in Kundalini Yoga and Meditation. She is certified by KRI and Yoga Alliance, as well as self certified through her dedicated daily practice. She has been practicing yoga since 2003, but the depth of her practice was found in 2008 when she began her daily meditation practice in the tradition of Kundalini.

Kundalini Yoga and Meditation is a different practice than the popular Hatha practice that most people have come to know. In Kimba’s experience, it reaches a deeper level faster. There are thousands of kriyas, or sets, which are taught in the exact way the master taught them for maximized accuracy and potency. Each kriya has a very specific effect on your system and they are never altered out of respect for the power inherent in this yogic system.

There is truly something for everyone in Kundalini, as the practice can be tailored to suit one’s goals and aspirations. Kimba has mainly used this as a tool to increase spiritual awareness, but it can also be used for things like prosperity, detoxification, flexibility, strength, addictions, and the list goes on. The intricacies of how this yoga works through your nervous system, glands, organs, energy bodies and meridians makes this yoga more of a “technology” for living.
